Ingredients
  

Steak and Rice
  • 1 lb sirloin steak sliced thinly
  • 2 cups cooked rice white or brown
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce for marinating
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking
Vegetables
  • 1 cup bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot carrot sliced
  • 2 green onions green onions chopped
Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Method
 

Prepare the Steak
  1. Marinate the sliced sirloin steak in soy sauce for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated steak and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking.
Cook the Vegetables
  1. In the same skillet, add bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot.
  2. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Assemble the Bowl
  1. In a bowl, layer cooked rice, followed by the cooked steak and vegetables.
  2. Drizzle with teriyaki sauce and sesame oil, then top with chopped green onions.
