Seafood
  • 1 lb Large shrimp Peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Snow crab legs
  • 1 lb Mussels Cleaned
  • 1 lb Clams Cleaned
Vegetables
  • 4 medium Red potatoes Halved
  • 2 ears Corn on the cob Cut into halves
  • 1 lb Andouille sausage Sliced
  • 1 medium Onion Quartered
  • 4 cloves Garlic Crushed
Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Salt To taste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
Garnish
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley Chopped
  • 1 lemon Lemon wedges

Method
 

Prepare the seafood and vegetables
  1. In a large pot, fill with water and bring to a boil. Add salt, Old Bay seasoning, Cajun seasoning, and garlic.
  2. Add the potatoes and corn to the boiling water. Cook for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add the sausage, clams, and mussels. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Finally, add the shrimp and crab legs. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the shrimp are pink and the crab is heated through.
Serve the seafood boil
  1. Carefully drain the seafood and vegetables using a colander.
  2. Transfer the seafood and vegetables to a large serving platter.
  3. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy the seafood boil with your favorite dipping sauces.
