Swiss Chard
  • 1 bunch Swiss chard washed and chopped
Garlic
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
Lemon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
Salt and Pepper

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped Swiss chard to the skillet and stir to coat with the oil and garlic.
  4. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chard is wilted and tender.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve warm as a side dish.
