Ingredients
  

Marinade Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce low sodium recommended
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill or fresh dill

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, black pepper, and dill until well combined.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the salmon.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
