Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups water
  • 4 bags black tea or your favorite tea
  • 1–2 sticks cinnamon
  • 1 orange thinly sliced
  • ΒΌ cup honey or sugar adjust to taste
  • ice cubes
  • fresh mint leaves optional for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and add tea bags, cinnamon sticks, and orange slices.
  3. Steep for 5–10 minutes, depending on desired strength.
  4. Remove tea bags, cinnamon sticks, and orange slices.
  5. Stir in honey or sugar while the tea is still warm until dissolved.
  6. Let the tea cool to room temperature, then transfer to a pitcher and refrigerate until chilled.
  7. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint or extra orange slices if desired.
