Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon fillets skinless
Miso Glaze
  • 3 tablespoons white miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce low sodium preferred
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons scallions sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted

Method
 

Prepare the Miso Glaze
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the miso paste, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until smooth.
Glaze the Salmon
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the miso glaze generously over each fillet.
Bake the Salmon
  1. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve
  1. Remove the salmon from the oven, garnish with sliced scallions and toasted sesame seeds, and serve immediately.
