Ingredients

Base Ingredients
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Full-Fat Sour Cream
  • 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 ounce Ranch Dressing Powder in a packet
Mix-ins
  • 6 slices Bacon cooked until crispy
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 5 to 6 Green Onions sliced
  • 1/3 cup Pickled Jalapenos mild from a jar

Equipment

  • large mixing bowl
  • Cooking skillet
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • cutting board
  • knife

Method

Preparation Steps
  1. Cook the bacon until crispy. Set aside to drain on paper towels and then cut into small pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy, about 3-4 minutes, scraping the sides of the bowl halfway through.
  3. Stir in the ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, cooked bacon, green onions, and pickled jalapenos until well combined. Set aside some of the bacon, cheese, and green onions to sprinkle on the top when serving.
  4. Taste the dip and add pepper if needed.
  5. For best results, refrigerate for at least an hour to let the flavors meld, or serve immediately if in a rush.
  6. Pour into a bowl and top with reserved bacon, green onions, and cheese. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, pretzels, or cut-up vegetables.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
