Ingredients
  

Corn
  • 4 ears corn on the cob husks removed
Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup cotija cheese crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder for garnish
  • 1 lime lime wedges for serving

Method
 

Grilling the Corn
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the corn directly on the grill grates and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is charred and tender.
Preparing the Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.
Assembling the Dish
  1. Once the corn is grilled, remove it from the grill and brush each ear generously with the sauce. Sprinkle with crumbled cotija cheese and additional chili powder.
  2. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
