Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 2 cups green cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
  • 1 cup red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
Dressing
  • 1 lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Vegetables
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, red bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, honey, cumin, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes for enhanced flavor.
