Ingredients
  

Meat
  • 1 pound beef sirloin thinly sliced
  • 1 pound pork belly thinly sliced
  • 1 pound chicken thighs boneless, skinless, thinly sliced
Marinade
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger grated
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 scallions green onions chopped
Vegetables
  • 1 cup shiitake mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup zucchini sliced
  • 1 cup leafy greens such as lettuce or perilla leaves
Dipping Sauce
  • 1/4 cup gochujang
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, black pepper, and chopped green onions. Mix well.
Marinate the Meat
  1. Add the sliced beef, pork, and chicken to the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare the Grill
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
Grill the Meat and Vegetables
  1. Remove the meat from the marinade and grill for about 3-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Grill the vegetables until tender.
Serve
  1. Serve the grilled meat and vegetables with leafy greens and dipping sauce on the side.
