Ingredients

Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Honey Pepper Glaze
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and garlic powder on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown.

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, black pepper, and soy sauce. Mix well.
  2. Once the chicken is cooked, pour the honey pepper glaze over the chicken in the skillet.
