  • 8 oz Sharp cheddar cheese grated
  • 4 oz Pimentos diced
For the Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper adjust to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients: sharp cheddar cheese, cream cheese, diced pimentos, mayonnaise, and spices.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated sharp cheddar and softened cream cheese. Use a hand mixer or spatula until well-blended and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the diced pimentos along with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Mix in the mayonnaise until everything is evenly coated and creamy.
  5. Taste your mixture and adjust seasoning as needed, adding more salt or spices if desired.
  6. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour to let the flavors meld together.
