Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon fillets skin-on or skinless
Marinade
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Lemon-Dill Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Marinate the Salmon
  1. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
Grill the Salmon
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove salmon from marinade and place on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, chopped dill, honey (if using), and salt. Mix well.
Serve
  1. Serve the grilled salmon with the lemon-dill sauce drizzled on top.
