Ingredients
  

Salmon Fillets
  • 4 fillets salmon skin-on or skinless
Marinade
  • 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
Marinate the Salmon
  1. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the Grill
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Clean the grill grates with a grill brush.
Grill the Salmon
  1. Remove salmon from the marinade and place on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Serve
  1. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite sides.
