Ingredients
  

Trout
  • 4 fillets Rainbow Trout skin on
Marinade
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1 lemon Lemon Wedges for serving

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Marinate the Trout
  1. Place the trout fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
Grill the Trout
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
  2. Place the marinated trout fillets on the grill, skin side down. Grill for about 5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve
  1. Remove the trout from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
