Ingredients
  

Fish Marinade
  • 1 lb white fish fillets (such as tilapia or cod)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Taco Assembly
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce optional

Method
 

Prepare the Fish
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the fish fillets and coat well. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
Grill the Fish
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flaky.
Assemble the Tacos
  1. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side. Flake the grilled fish and place it on each tortilla.
  2. Top with shredded cabbage, diced tomato, chopped cilantro, a dollop of sour cream, and hot sauce if desired.
