Ingredients
  

Fish
  • 4 fillets white fish (such as tilapia or cod) skinless
Marinade
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Garnish
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the fish fillets to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Grilling
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the marinated fish fillets on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  3. Remove the fish from the grill and let rest for a couple of minutes.
Serving
  1. Serve the grilled fish garnished with lemon slices and chopped parsley.
