Ingredients
  

Base
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt can use flavored yogurt if preferred
Toppings
  • 1 cup mixed berries such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts such as almonds or walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons honey optional, for sweetness

Method
 

Prepare the Base
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey, mixing until smooth.
Spread and Top
  1. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  2. Sprinkle the mixed berries and chopped nuts evenly over the yogurt.
Freeze
  1. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until the yogurt is firm.
  2. Once frozen, break the yogurt bark into pieces and serve.
