  • 2 cans refried beans 16 ounces each
  • 1 package cream cheese 8 ounces
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. With a mixer, whip together cream cheese, refried beans, taco seasoning, and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Spread the mixture into a 9x13 baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle both shredded cheeses on top, and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is slightly brown and dip is hot and bubbly around the edges.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips.
