Ingredients
  

Seafood
  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
Vegetables
  • 1 cup bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
Others
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for cooking
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

Cooking the Shrimp
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
Adding Vegetables
  1. Add bell pepper, broccoli, carrots, and snap peas to the wok.
  2. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Making the Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
  2. Pour the sauce over the shrimp and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly.
Finishing Touches
  1. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until heated through.
  2. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
