Baking the Pastry
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to your desired thickness.

Assembling the Napoleon
- In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cream cheese and whipped cream until smooth.
- Layer the cooled pastry rectangles: place one rectangle on a serving dish, spread a layer of the cream mixture, and top with fresh raspberries.
- Repeat layering with another pastry rectangle, cream, and raspberries. Top with the third pastry layer.
- Dust the top with powdered sugar for garnish and serve immediately.
