Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 4-5 Medium Potatoes Boiled, Peeled, and Cubed
  • 1 Quart Green Beans 2-15 oz. cans or about 2 lbs. fresh or frozen, boiled or steamed
  • 12 oz Cheddar Cheese Grated
  • 1.5 c Sour Cream
  • 0.5 c Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Minced, Dried Onion
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1.5 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Method
 

  1. Prepare all ingredients. Boil the potatoes until soft, then remove them from the water and allow to cool. When cool, peel and cube the potatoes.
  2. Brown the ground beef. If using fresh or frozen green beans, steam or boil them until tender.
  3. Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, and seasonings. Stir in the cheese.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, potatoes, green beans, and the sour cream mixture. Stir until well combined.
  5. Spoon into a 9x13 inch pan. Cover and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45-50 minutes.
