  • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves packed
  • 1 medium lime, juiced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper or to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a blender, combine the cilantro leaves, lime juice, minced garlic, sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl or airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.
