Ingredients
  

Chips
  • 1 bag Tortilla chips Store-bought or homemade
Salsa
  • 4 medium Tomatoes Diced
  • 1 small Onion Finely chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • 1 small Jalapeño Seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro Chopped
  • 1 lime Lime juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt To taste

Method
 

Prepare the Salsa
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, minced jalapeño, and chopped cilantro.
  2. Add the lime juice and salt, then mix well to combine all ingredients.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve
  1. Transfer the salsa to a serving dish and serve alongside tortilla chips.

Notes

For a milder salsa, reduce the amount of jalapeño or omit it altogether.
