Ingredients
  

Shrimp
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Cajun Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
Vegetables
  • 1 medium bell pepper, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
Liquid
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

Cooking the Shrimp
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and bell pepper, and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the Cajun seasoning and shrimp. Cook until shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and let simmer for another 2-3 minutes to combine flavors.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
