Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz fettuccine (or penne) alternative pasta shape
  • 1 lobster tail, cooked and chopped
  • 8 oz crab meat
  • 1 fillet salmon, cooked and flaked
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions (or parsley) for garnish

Method
 

  1. Cook fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water.
  2. Simmer heavy cream with garlic for 1–2 minutes in skillet.
  3. Whisk in Parmesan slowly until smooth. Add Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fold in lobster, crab, and salmon. Sprinkle last Cajun seasoning and heat through.
  5. Add pasta to skillet, toss lightly, add pasta water if needed.
  6. Garnish with Parmesan and parsley. Serve hot.
