Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Blueberry Topping
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method
 

Prepare the Crust
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
Make the Filling
  1. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped heavy cream and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust.
Prepare the Blueberry Topping
  1. In a saucepan, combine fresh blueberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until the blueberries release their juices and the mixture thickens slightly.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool before pouring over the cream cheese filling.
Assemble and Chill
  1. Pour the cooled blueberry topping over the cream cheese filling.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the dessert to set.
