Prepare the Bananas
  1. Slice the ripe bananas and place them in a bowl. Drizzle with lemon juice and toss to coat.
Blend the Mixture
  1. In a blender, combine the sliced bananas, coconut milk, and honey. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Freeze the Ice Cream
  1. Pour the banana mixture into a freezer-safe container. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
